The location was perfect for mI needs. Having stayed there Christmas 2025, I still feel it is overpriced. I never had breakfast there as I was with my family. Never had maid service at my own request. $150/night is too much.

I love Victorian homes. I enjoyed seeing the decorated first floor. Our room was small but having a private bathroom in a Victorian, bed-and-breakfast was wonderful. The owner had some cute activities that guest could do, rock painting to be used in the garden. The breakfast was plentiful and a wonderful and thoughtful variety of foods. Plenty of parking behind the house for guests.
I didn’t have a blanket on our bed, which was an oversight by the owner and she apologized for forgetting to bring a blanket to us. The house is located on a main road so street traffic was pretty regular, but not overly bothersome.

Comfortable bed with memory foam topper, lots of comfy pillows. Breakfast of scrambled eggs & sausage cooked to order.
Building and decor could use a refresh. Neighboring homes look far more inviting. Trucks go thundering by—light sleepers beware. Bargain brand coffee pods with flavor to match.
The sole employee was pleasant while I was there but I received the blistering text below after I phoned 4 times over 4 days (twice to the B&B with no response, twice to parent Wayne Hotel) politely asking if they could mail me the toiletry kit I’d left behind.
“ Hi this message is for [my name]. Yea I found your bag. I haven't been getting home until really late and I kept forgetting to call you with all of the chaos and unfortunate events this past week. Now as far as being rude to my manager that's aweful considering I sent your very unimportant bathroom bag to you when we don't normally do that. We put in lost and found until someone claims it or calls then we hold it for them until they come get it. I could do that for you if you'd prefer. S o try it cpp p lent get back to you but my phone was even out for a day. Still no excuse for the way you talked to people”
