Nice area, OK flat, OK price.

The silence, the location/area. Nice bathroom.

This is a two bedroom flat, but you have to go trough one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom. There was no waterboiler. No drawer with cutlery, just a tray stucked into a cupboard in the kitchen. But this a really minor things Not problems

The location is great — everything is within walking distance, so there’s no need to use public transport. Vojko, who welcomed us, was very nice and friendly.

The apartment is smaller than it appears in the photos and older. The surroundings are quite noisy, and it’s on the third floor with no elevator. One thing worth mentioning is that they charge a late check-in fee after 9 PM, which was not stated anywhere before the reservation. After midnight, the fee goes up to €50. I think this should have been clearly mentioned so guests know in advance before booking and paying. Booking.com didn’t really respond to this issue either.

What we all agree that location is super nice. But that’s the only benefit.

The whole appereance of the appartement is old and full of smell. In the bathroom no air ventilator or window, steam and mold all over the apartment . No clean duvet. The sheets were dirty as well. I’ve seen old menstrual dirty spots on it. Unfortunately for this price we expected clean and nice space.

Great location and spacious apartment!

- Location was great, 10min walk to centre and Atocha train station, with lots of restaurants and shops close by - Spacious apartment and very comfortable for 3 people (note that bathroom is in main bedroom) - Staff and cleaning lady were accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags earlier than checkin time - Checkin and checkout was easy

- Only issue was bathroom, it had no ventilation at all. No windows & exhaust, which makes both bathroom and main bedroom stuffy - Not issue for us but note that apartment is in 3rd floor with no elevator
