Room was clean, with decent space and couch area to put luggage and stylishly furnished with a TV. It's located in a quieter corner of Jiufen so you're away from the crowds and sets you up well to enjoy Jiufen at a slower pace without competing with tourist crowds as much. Downside is that if you get off at the Jiufen Old Street bus stop, you have to walk 15min to the hotel through the busiest streets with your luggage (for us, in torrential rain), so recommend getting off at Daganlin stop BEFORE the stop. Highly recommend the restaurant 佛跳牆 which is just around the corner and a hidden gem. The main door is unlocked using a code and hotel door through a QR code so it's quite convenient, as long as you have internet
We were asked to check-in later than the check-in time as the staff member just arrived, and the door code given didn't work initially. The shower head holder broke while we were there but it looked like a freak incident. You needed to go through the shower to get to the toilet, which was a bit annoying when wet. No toiletries are provided by default but can be purchased.

Easy access and cosy room :)
Check In system was little bit complicated and had to check in on the street without staff. it’s not sounds safe, I think.

It is at the end of the “shopping” street which is an excellent location.
The window was tiny and for price and what was advertised it was somewhat disappointing. The check in is contactless which in theory is nice but in reality difficult.
