Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Impeccable service and staff made every effort to sastify the customer requests. Room very comfortable too. I want to particularly share one episode. I left behind my watch when I checked out from the hotel and came down to Taipei to stay one night before flying home the next day. I was pleasantly surprised and touched when the hotel staff managed to deliver my watch to the Taipei hotel I stayed the night before my departure ( Jiufen is about 70km from Taipei downtown)

Fabulous room with loads of character and beautiful sea views. The owners were so kind and helpful in collecting our bags when we arrived on the bus. The location is perfect for Old Street and breakfast was good too. Wished we were there for longer than one night!

The property is centrally located and the room really big. The owners are friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
The room is really dated so it doesn't feel clean to my family. Also, the grass is overgrown around the property so the owner might should clean it up more. Two of the mattresses are super firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. Also at least one of the mattresses has disgusting stains under the bed sheet.
