Sehr schöne Wohnung Nähe Schloss Schönbrunn und 100 m von der U Bahn Linie U 4 entfernt.Trotz einer mehrspurigen Hauptstraße war es angenehm und ein schöner Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne hat nach einem langen Sightseeing Tag für Erholung gesorgt

Leider war die Spülmaschine defekt.im Bad könnten ein paar mehr Haken für Handtücher nicht schaden.

The location is great, close to Subway. The closest station entry is accessible by stairs only, the other one is accessible by ramp. Very easy access to the building and apartment using a code. Bed was comfortable. The apartment was very spacious and clean(except some damages inflicted by previous owners). Well equipped. We received 1 laundry pod and 2 dish washer tablets for 4 nights stay.

Although well equipped, there was only one cooking pot and you couldn't really cook a full meal. There wasn't any cooking pan. In order to use the microwave, you had to move it from the drawer and put it on the counter top to plug it in. The garbage area is not that easy to access. It's key locked and you need to somehow push the handle on the other side of the door(for smaller people it can be impossible). There were some signs of previous rentals(holes in a wall, stains on the walls) that couldn't have been solved without a full renovation.

The space, cleanness, proximity to 24 hrs groceries, air-conditioned, facilities, comfortable beds, coffee machine, location on the main road. Almost everything were excellent and comfy.

Location away from the city center (20 to 25 minutes by car), No smart TV, No tea & No clothing detergent. I wished if I could lock the door from inside for more security feeling.

Communication with the operator

The location is perfect! Near the Zoo and the palace. You also have the subway and in 20 minutes you are in the city center. The apartment was clean, well equiped and nice.

One small thing.. Because we arrived on a late saturday there were no stores opened and on sunday the supermarkets are closed and we only had 1 nespresso capsule each for the morning coffee so we had to take the car to go for coffee.

The worst management ever!!!!!! They didn’t send check-in info and code to enter the flat unless I asked. Then they did. I also got email about people who’ll come to clean the window in two days. So 1st day I wake up and at 9am two men and woman just break in without even knocking saying the came to clean windows. I didn’t expect this at all as it was wrong day etc. Same day around 9pm I come back to the apartment and entrance code is changed. I was shocked and ringed the bell. Romanian family of 4 people were inside of my flat with all my stuff inside (including laptop etc) for who knows how long. Turned out they double booked same flat. We were barely able to reach hotel support and figure this out. I felt like my privacy was violated. Tech support promised me refund that never happened and no one cares. They moved me to different floor, thanks god no one was breaking in for full next day until morning after that!! Window people came again at 9:00 even tho everyone promised me no one’s gonna disturb me anymore. And even this wasn’t the right day for them to come, the one that I got in email at the beginning. I slept with a chair next to the door all nights. Felt extremely unsafe as I travel alone and a woman. Who knows what could happen. The absolutely worst experience ever. They made my whole trip bitter.

Great apartment, beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. The bed was the most comfortable ever. Location is great, 2 mins to subway. Very clean and warm.

Good location close to metro Braunschweiggasse, 2 stops to Schonbrunn palace. Well furnished rooms and equipped kitchen.

No parking close to the location (P+R Hutteldorf is 3 metro stops far).

Check in was not pleasant, because when we arrived, we still hadnt received a pin code for the apartment. And as we called the hotel several times, they made us wait for a call back from some technician, who never called. Process to get the pin code took about 40 minutes, but it could have been solved much faster. That was really frustrating. I guess just double check that you have all the info before arriving

Disgusting service from the company that maintains the apartment. The dishwasher didn't work, the lack of linen and towels for the third paid guest. Contacting the support service only irritated them, they answered rudely. From the very beginning, I had to call for 2 hours asking to send the code from the apartment!

The kitchen was bare - it would be good to have some basic stuff like sugar/salt etc.

Beds are comfy and floor heating works nice. It has good selection of appliances. That's about everything good regarding this apartment.

- We booked this for 2 nights/3 days for 400 EUR. For that money we had some expectations about quality. Unfortunately there is little quality in Vienna Residence. First of all we booked this for a family of 4. Apartment was set up for 2 persons. So 2 pillows/blankets/towels. Never had such experience so far and tried to contact owners via Booking info. - Booking messages to owners do no twork. Noone ever answered. - Phone calls - no one answers either. Phone rings for some time and then it goes silent. For 200eur/night we got nothing. - "Owners" only communicate with generic bot messages emails and cannot be contacted at all. -To call this living room + bed room apartment is really a stretch. It's one very narrow room with sliding door that separates 2 parts. To put one wobbly sliding door and call something a room seems like a bit bending the truth. - Hygiene in the apartment is way below it's price tag. Biggest concern is mold in the bathroom. - Only 4 glasses and 2 of them were chipped and not usable. Only 2 coffe tabs, 1 soap etc. Everything gives that cheap feeling that owners only want to earn 1 eur more by cutting costs everywhere. Vienna is full of beautiful hotels and apartments that offer way more than this place. If you value your money please avoid Vienna residence at all costs.

nice apartment with all necessary amenities. the bed was comfortable and the location good, right next to the U4 metro station that took you straight to the city center.

it was a bit noisy because of the metro running of front of the building, especially if you’re a light sleeper
