Tolle Lage, schönes Hotel mit super Aussicht auf die Stadt. Das Personal war super freundlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit.

Die Temperatur in den Maisonette-Zimmern ist sehr schwer zu managen, da die Räume extrem hoch sind, die Betten im (warmen) oberen Stock und es keine Klimaanlage gibt.

Für unseren Aufenthalt in Wien haben wir wieder das Hotel Schloss-Wilhelminenberg gewählt. Dieses Mal hatten wir ein kleines Zimmer im Dachgeschoss was eine sehr gute Größe hatte, leider waren aber die Dielen dieses Mal wirklich störend, mit dem sehr lauten knarzen 😄. Mit etwas Humor und dem Alter des Gebäudes geschuldet kamen wir aber damit doch gut zurecht. Die Lage und Anbindung mit den Öffis in die Innenstadt waren wie immer ein Traum. Auch beim Frühstück haben wir wieder nichts vermisst. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😉.

Was wir im Vorfeld sehr schön fanden, war die Möglichkeit direkt am Hotel unser E-Auto zu laden. Leider mussten wir jedoch an der Rezeption erfahren, dass wir zum Laden erstmal pauschal 20,-EUR zahlen sollen, damit wir laden können. Das wir aber nur eine kleine Zuladung wollten, fanden wir den Preis für ein paar KW schon sehr unverschämt. Vielleicht kann das Hotel hier noch mit einer verbrauchsabhängigen Lösung nach steuern.

Die Lage war außergewöhnlich. Ein sehr schöner Blick über Wien. Die Zimmer waren großzügig. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut.

Service in Restaurant a bit slow

The location is amazing! Fantastic view over Vienna from the terrace. Staff was super nice, and the park around the hotel is really pretty. Also saw a bunch of dogs, that's always a plus in my book! There was a fan in the room, which is nice.

We paid quite a lot for the room (somehow that weekend it was almost 200€/1 night without breakfast) and I just expected it to be nicer overall: Room was small and a little worn... missing tile in the shower, rug was threadbare in places, standing lamp was not straight. No place to put your suitcase (I couldn't find one of those stands hotel rooms usually have?). The (small) window was so high up there was no view to be had, which was unfortunate. The bedding is all polyester which made it uncomfortably warm during the night - I felt that for that price I can expect cotton maybe? I'm not sure if I'd stay there again.

Vienna is 12 km away. A city hotel with a magnificent urban view, boasting its own parking lot. It upholds 4-star standards. The restaurant is open until 10 pm. The breakfast buffet is quite reasonable

We handed over our ice cassettes to the reception staff, emphasizing their importance and requesting them to put them in the freezer. The result: they were placed in the +4 fridge. If there was air conditioning, everything would be perfect; it would be a 5-star experience.

Room was not ready on time, but the receptionist solved the problem in a very good way.

Large comfortable rooms. Ample free parking. Excellent value for money. Very well connected to city by public transport.

Room service is a bit slow. Property is very old but nicely maintained.

Beautifully located palace with breathtaking view of Vienna. Take a blanket and rest in the hotel park and admire the views- day and at night!

Hotel is already a bit shabby but for us cleanliness was the most important which was really OK!

We really liked the price and the lokacion, the room was exatly like on the photos. In breakfest you can find everything. Hotel looks like from the movie.

We found old socks and mens underwear in our Room from guest before, and dirty mugs for tea, but it was nothing what rubbis bin and our healthy arms couldt do it. Our friend was leaving the hotel in soon in the morning he couldnt find porter to open him doors.
