Beautiful location and building, with view of the city and Lllarge parking available. All staff is super friendly and the reception has a small snack shop available. Some of the chandeliers are very beautiful..one can see some historical beauty.
I expected more from a 4 stars hotel. The breakfast looked really good, but somehow it was disappointing: eggs, beans and sausages were cold ( at 7:30 already) and the offered gluten-free bread was totally soaked in condense water from baking. There was nothing to drink in the room, not even one bottle of water. There are two small elevators for a very high number of rooms per floor and the stairs are strangely shaped (maybe because it is an old building) and inconvenient to use.

Rooms where clean but worn down, spots at the Wall, dirty and worn Windowblinds, carpet really worn down. A lot of wasps during breakfast inside and outside.

Breakfast felt more like a boarding school event.
Was offered an upgrade for money which I took and was confirmed ahead of my stay, only to be cancelled shortly before arrival.
