Located in West Beach, this attractive condo for $200 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. BEACH FRONT 4th floor TROPICAL DECOR, FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS WITH SLIDING GLASS DOOR going out to the ocean front balcony, HANGOUT 2 BLOCKS, EAT, SHOP & ENJOY THE BEACH. FAMILY ORIENTED. New furniture & ect We have keyless entry. You will receive your door code from VRBO a few days before your arrival date. This condo has new furniture. The bedroom has a door for privacy (most 1BR condos in this building do NOT have a bedroom door), 1 bath & 1 queen sofa sleeper in living area. This BEACH FRONT condo is located right in the heart of Gulf Shores and is close by several restaurants, shopping outlets, gift shops, entertainment (next door to city park the SHRIMP FESTIVAL & MUSIC FESTIVAL), The Hangout is two blocks away, Lulus', the water park & etc with many of these being within walking distance. Also, if you are interested in amusement parks, Waterville, putt putt golf, The Track, golf courses & etc are close by. Owa amusement park is in Foley not far away. From the balcony you can enjoy it's beautiful and relaxing gulf front. This condo has been recently updated to give you the best experience possible on your vacation. The building has a large updated outdoor pool with chaise lounge chairs. Plus a kiddie pool for the little ones. All of this is just a few steps from the beach. There is a large covered area by the pool with tables and chairs. Also, there are two large charcoal grills near a covered area and picnic tables near the pool area. Whether you are here to enjoy the attractions and great food or just here to kick back and relax for a few days this condo has everything you could need in a place to stay. We have satellite tv and secure wifi . Our TV's are flat screens & smart TV on the wall in the living room & bedroom. Stack washer & dryer. Regular coffee maker & Keurig coffee maker. GLASS wall and sliding glass doors to the BEAUTIFUL DIRECT OCEAN FRONT BALCONY!!! Parking Pass required. There is a one time parking pass of $50.00 for your entire stay for this building. Only one parking pass allowed for a one bedroom condo. You will go to the building next door(Island Winds East) to get the parking pass. The office is on the ground floor ( under the building). Bath towels and bed & sofa bed linens are furnished. NO beach towels furnished! . WE HAVE A 2B/2B CONDO ON THE same FLOOR (4th) with direct GULF (ocean) FRONT. My husband and I looked forward to this trip for months and we were not disappointed. The condo was very clean and cozy. The location is perfect. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We spent much time out on the beach enjoying the warm sun, the sound of the waves and some of the best shelling ever. We will be back.

Miss Doris was extremely responsive. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again in the future. We did bring our own hangers, so if you plan to hang up any clothes, be sure to bring your own. Sufficiently equipped kitchen. Washer/Dryer great. View from the balcony...beautiful, as expected from my beloved hometown beach!

I can’t say enough about how amazing this unit is! Everything from the clean smell upon opening the door to the beautiful balcony and perfect oceanfront views. Wow, just wow! If I could afford an oceanfront condo this would be it. Having never used Vrbo before, I was a little hesitant. So glad I decided to give them a try. This was so much better than a motel room for less money. Thanks to the Wootens for all the personal touches which made our first stay in Gulf Shores absolutely perfect!

Perfect accommodations for 2 adults and 2 kids. Cozy and comfortable. No issues whatsoever with the property. We had a lovely, fun filled time. Great view and perfect location to shops and restaurants for walking. Lots of families in the building it was a great vacation. Would definitely return.

For a number of years, my husband and I have gone to a different area of the country with our family and rented from VRBO. We have been to Gulf Shores in the past with them, but this trip was just the two of us. We booked this condo in Gulf Shores, booked the tickets and arranged the transportation from the airport. Mother Nature intervened and whipped up one of the seasons larger snowstorms here in the Northeast. Our flight was cancelled for two days which left us cancelling everything we had planned for the trip to Gulf Shores. So my story is not about how wonderful the property is, although I am sure we would have loved it, it's about the owners . After letting them know we wouldn't be able to make it, I received a phone call from Doris saying how sorry she was. It was a great conversation , the type that renews your faith in how really nice people can be. So, I am giving 5 stars for everything about this property and the owners who really deserve triple that !!! If you are considering the Gulf Shores area of Alabama and need a one or two bedroom condo looking out over the beautiful Gulf, look no further ! Thank you Wootens !

This was an amazing stay from beginning to end. The communication was great. The condo was clean, we had what we needed and the reviews were accurate!! Owners communicated as soon as I booked and the best thing was as soon as we walked in, there was a Holy Bible Present. Our trip was complete!!!
