I loved the location and the pool with beach access. Host were very nice and was a great experience overall. Very close to all the things we wanted to do while on vacation.
The mattress on the fold out was terrible. Balcony chairs could be updated to something more comfortable to enjoy looking at the ocean while on the balcony.

The only issue was the freezer wasn’t cold enough to freeze some drinks we had bought. However the ice maker did work.

Close to the beach. Clean.
The noise level in the bedroom. It was loud early in the mornings. I’m not sure exactly from what. ?the elevators? Garbage truck, etc.

Close to everything.
You have to pay to park on property even though you are staying there. That is a rip off at its finest. There is more than enough parking to accommodate guest. It wasn’t cheap either.
