We had a room with a balcony with pool & sea view which was just perfect.
We really enjoyed using the pool area and having easy access to the beach and jet skis.
The rooms were cleaned regularly and to a great standard and everytime was very polite and helpful
The bathrooms need modernising/maintenance but this didn’t effect our stay as they were clean.
Second to note, the hotel is at the bottom of a steep hill not suitable for some. We managed it ok

We stayed at Saranda Palace for three days, three people in total, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.
The location is amazing and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room had an absolutely incredible view, especially during sunset. The breakfast was also delicious and had pretty much everything we wanted. The only thing we weren’t really fans of was the coffee at breakfast, but we just ordered coffee from the bar instead and enjoyed it in the restaurant with a beautiful sea view, so it wasn’t really a problem.
The pool area was great and everything there was very clean and well maintained.
And a special thank you to Andrii, our waiter, who really made our stay even more enjoyable. He was super friendly and fun and definitely added to the great atmosphere!
There are just a few small things that could be improved. On our floor there was a small step in the hallway that was very easy to miss, so you really had to watch where you were walking. It would also be nice to get bottles of water in the room every day, rather than only on the first day.
The beach area could use a little more attention as well. Some of the sunbeds were quite dirty and damaged, which was a bit disappointing compared to how clean and nice the pool area was.

We were a family of three with a 6 year old boy and we absolutely loved our stay at Saranda Palace!! It was our first time in Albania so we didn’t know what to expect but staying at Saranda Place really made our holiday.
Ori on reception was an absolute gem!! Explaining how the air-con worked, booking our taxis and teaching us different Albanian words every day. All the staff were really nice and we enjoyed chatting to the lady who prepared the breakfast everyday. We looked forward to the different breakfast cake!!
A lovely clean hotel, a short walk to the main promenade (we liked that it was set slightly off the main strip)
The beach access isn’t great but there are plenty of other beaches to explore! We would highly recommend and would stay again. We enjoyed our 10days there.
Would be nice to have a kettle in the room, for us Brit’s who like a cup of tea 😊

The location is good and the view from the room was nice
The family room is small and the AC doesn’t cover the entire room evenly. One room is cold and the other room is hot. The beach is not sea level and there is one bathroom that is small for a family room. The pool is not family friendly as it is very deep.
