Perfecto para patear Vitoria

una experiencia decepcionante

La ubicacion : el bario es muy muy bien.

Es un hotel SIN recepcion : * Muy difícil de encontrar: finalmente, una persona del barrio me acompañó para encontrarlo. * Ninguna persona como anphitrion. Es un hotel sin recepcion. No se puede despertar por la mañana, he utilizado la television..El precio es de 95 euros no corresponde a un hotel sin personal. * La habitacion da una impresion de lujo sobre las fotos, pero los trabajos están mal hechos: moho en la ducha, suciedad en las paredes del ascensor, cortinas de tela arrugadas, etc. * He tenido la impresion de ser sola o casi sola en el hotel. * La ultima vez, he pagado un poco mas (10euros ??) para un hotel 5* en Vitoria.

If you want to explore northern Spain, Vitoria Gasteiz (and this flat) is the perfect solution

The location was very good, in the middle of the old town, but in a quiet street. The flat was well equipped. We also liked the flexibility of the owner. We had a very nice stay in the flat and in the town.

Nice flat in a perfect location in the historical city centre

We loved the location of the flat: just in the city center, with a view on both cathedrals and also of the mountains. The flat was very nice and well-equipped. There is a code on the doors and an elevator, both of it very useful.

There is no parking next to the flat, it is necessary to walk for about 10 minutes down from the hill to a public paid garage (around 13 EUR per night) - but it is completely understandable, as it is in the historical city centre 🙂 Our bedroom in the attic was quite warm at night.

Pretty cool place.

Great location, you can't be more central than in the middle of historic Old Town. Close to everywhere, all the stuff you would need at the property. Great communication with the host, and super comfy beds.

The only con of the place is paper thin walls and ceilings, so if you happen to have noisy, partying neighbours, you'll hear everything.

Location and cleanliness. Spacious and good temperature.

Wi-Fi was unusable. There was one but it did not connect to anything; not enough speed to even browse online. The host did not confirm our parking reservation and there was not easy parking nearby. No alternative was provided.

Pleasant

Its a very good location, it is in the center of the old town, our room had a window to a nice, small park behind the house.

The studio we got (number 2A) is good for a short stay, mainly because of the location, but it is equipped with only basic stuff, and some of the essentials were missing, like for example kitchen towels. It is quite outdated with some of the appliances and/or furniture and the pictures on the site do not show that.

Excellent location, apartment facilities and equipment, very comfortable bed, the apartment was very spacious.

Weak Wi-fi signal and shower needs some refurbishment. In addition, there was no cleaning service during our stay.

View of local park from the French doors. Facilities and furnishings very good. Location excellent.

Kitchen table small. No draining for kitchen plates etc. No chopping board for food preparation.

Beautiful modern apartment in the cultural part of the city..great facilities and on a quiet street.

Superb modern studio complete with all the necessary facilities including fully equipped kitchen , bathroom with great shower and a large comfortable bed . Location is great too ..its beside the historical centre of the city and within walking distance of Plaza de Espana ..

The bus station is roughly a 25 mins walk from the studio..its also up hill so a a good pair of runners is essential..There is no reception however the owner is available by phone if there is a problem.

Good position and clean, but a bit overpriced

The possibility to enter with a door code simplified the arrival process.

The apartment was clean, but walls, the shower door and furnitures were spotted and ruined. Moreover, there was a third movable bed in the room I did not aspected to find.

Perfect Location in a Pretty Town!

Nice location. On 2nd floor looking at the town soccer gym across the street. Pretty well furnished kitchen. Can be noisy, but windows were good insulation. Couch very uncomfortable. Place a little cramped - excellent photography in the listing. Thieves in the Victoria bus station - be careful loading luggage on à bus. Difficulty getting apartment access - had to contact owner a couple times. Customer service was no help and rude! Take the Cathedral tour!

A fabulous location for visiting Vitoria-Gasteiz

An absolutely lovely studio in the old part of town, minutes walk from everything. It was very clean and functional and the internet was good.

Clearer directions on how to reach the property by car to unload: I had to circle a couple of times before I got it right.
