I had the 10-person room with single beds and a great view of the city. I preferred this over the 8 person bunk room located next door, which our room had a good view of because we shared an entrance. Location was convenient for walking around Kathmandu. There were 2 toilets and one shower but there was rarely a line. I used the bathroom 1 level down because it was more spacious.
You have to navigate a LOT of stairs and half-levels to get to the 10-person room. On the day of my trek, my tour agency was going to pick up my bags but there was an issue with communication at reception who wouldn't provide me with a second pick-up tag but wouldn't let the agency pick it up without the tag.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Nice & chill lounge.
Toilets are quite simple.

I like the location and staff they are friendly
I don't like the bed because very bad yellow like they never wash them 😞😞
I feel very unhygienic with bed it's dirty and yellowish in colour
