Traditionally designed newari place, in the center of charming Patan. Very nice owners who have even let me to check out late. Very clean, good breakfast. Efficient and quiet AC in the room
If you are a light sleeper, ask for a courtyard looking room, otherwise the morning noise from the nearby temple might be an issue

Great location and wonderful owners! They were very friendly and helpful. Even helped me with taxis. The breakfast was great and the room was nice..they do have a stupa nearby so you may hear a bell, but that is the only thing that I can not rave about.

I think the best part of the stay are Rajshree, Sanju and their lovely daughter Anora. It’s awesome to stay in a nice and comfortable hotel with an outstanding breakfast and have the feeling of staying with a family at the same time. They helped us any time we needed something, they were always down for a chat and they even took us to the monkey temple during the full moon day. The location is also amazing for people looking to unwind after busy thamel times. You are two steps away from patan square and there are great restaurants around as well as cafes. Also, apparently the name of the place would be translated to something like auspicious or lucky home, and it truly is! My boyfriend scored a great job during our stay. The name sums it all up :) I would 100% recommend this place!
The only “bad” thing about the place is that there is a temple right next to it, and people will come by ring the bell starting at like 3-4 am. I am a very light sleeper so the first night this was rough for me, but they were very accomodating and gave us a room on the other side of the building where we couldn’t hear the bell anymore. It is so worth it to stay here anyways!
