Was very nice hotel with a great restraunt. A liitle far from the action so expect to need uber into town for food or eat at resyraunt was fantastic for kids.

Reasonable price. Standard Holiday Inn, but listed under another name.
Huge hotel, but couldn’t accommodate an early check-in. Not really a convenient location for sightseeing in Porto. Charged extra for the wellness facilities!

The hotel is modern. The room is spacious and we had a view of both Porto and the sea. The hotel’s bar was great
The AC was a bit noisy. We also booked because of the pool and it was not explicit it was not included in the price and it would cost 12 euros per person per day… Also we booked an appartement but there were not tables and chairs in the living room ?

Staff on Holiday inn side very friendly.
Studio apartment not equipped despite requesting it. 1 cup no coffee/ tea making facilities. Had a microwave but no bows you could use in it. Dirty cleaning cloth left in bathroom. Some towels threadbare and had holes in them. When we eventually got our tea/coffe facilities kettle was cheap and leaked. Coffee satchets were paste and out of date. We only had the very basics of everything3 plates 3 knives and forks. No tin openers sharp knives etc so despite choosing it so we could use the kitchen the equipment made it impossible. Swimming pool in hotel also out of use told we could use one in sister hotel a short drive away we did not have a car so to do this would have incurred extra costs
