A lovely boutique. Food is fantastic and very friendly staff.
Some facilities in spa were not working, and would've been nice if there was a wet steam room. And the AC in room feels to cold to be located above the bed.

Fantastic spa hotel, well situated for access to the Elba ferry. The room was nice and clean, but the real attraction was the beautiful spa - underground with vaulted ceilings, and all facilities.
Well located for evening visits to picturesque villages in the area.
Breakfast was ok, but a little more attention would have gone a long way: fresh rolls, etc.

The staff are lovely . The ambiance is very peaceful. I loved the indoor and outdoor pool and all the plants and trees 🫶🌱🪴
At night there was loud banging was coming from on top of my room . Thankfully it lasted around 10 minutes or so. Otherwise I walked out feeling brand new !

Room was spacious and bed very comfy
Receptionist was very unfriendly when we arrived and the shower was very slippy so we asked for a mat for our 75 year old mum and they didnt put one in. The coffee and the milk and water wasnt replenished daily. You had to pay €10 extra to use the sauna. NAxarr is miles away from everywhere so location was bad.
