Rooms were stunning. We had a family room and it was amazing. Hotel felt very grand for the amount paid
Food options were limited in the restaurant and would have been better if there were extra options for starters and desserts.
There wasn’t any facilities to entertain teenagers and the pool area would benefit from a pool table and darts board for example

The property was very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, and the location is in a quiet neighbourhood, away from the noisier parts of Malta. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and the overall hospitality was excellent.
The air conditioning in our room was rather weak, and at night the room became uncomfortably warm to the point that we were sweating. We notified the hotel’s maintenance team, who said they would have a look at it while we were out exploring the island. Unfortunately, nothing seemed to change and the room never felt cool enough for us to sleep comfortably.
The hotel has two pools, both of which are quite shallow. Unfortunately, the bigger issue was the situation around the pool. The pool rules clearly state that there is no diving, rough play or shouting, yet all three were happening regularly. Children were frequently screaming, splashing and diving into the pool, which made it very difficult to relax. This was particularly disappointing for guests who were hoping to enjoy a quiet and relaxing pool area. More consistent enforcement of the pool rules would make a significant difference to the experience.
Overall, we found the property quite expensive for what it offers. Despite being a resort, it did not feel as relaxing as we had expected, particularly due to the atmosphere around the pool. We also felt that the breakfast was not quite up to the price point. The selection was largely the same every day, with only minor changes, so we expected more variety and better quality for the price.

Size of the room was really good. Staff were very helpful and friendly
Food. Buffet was overpriced at night. Breakfast, made myself a cup of tea in the morning, fresh milk, first jug didn’t come up, thought maybe it was empty, 2nd jug poured out and was lumpy. Told staff who opened the first jug and it was like porridge, how long had that been sitting there for, did staff not check before putting me out, totally put off the whole buffet breakfast. Rooms looked lovely, people above making noise & scraping chairs at 1am & 3am, overheard someone moaning about the same thing.
