The hotel has a great big pool and a little pool with airjets. We didnt use the internal pool, because was hot outside. The room was good, cleaning was good. We eat at the hotel restaurant, dinner and breakfast. Both ware ok.

Very pleasant experience! Big and comfortable, warm room with all the necessary utilities, clean bathroom, strong wifi signal, and balcony with beautiful mountain view. SPA zone (especially the outside pool with warm water) is well maintained and big enough, SPA ladies and personnel is very friendly and helpful- I can recommend especially deep tissue body massage. Rich and fresh breakfast, great evening menu in the hotel restaurant (vegetarian options available). Highly recommended for winter relaxing weekend in North Bulgaria!

Clean room, well heated, decent view
Uncomfortable beds, lumpy pillows, leaky toilet, dated interior showing its age, the water in the kids pool was relatively cold, the waiter always frowned when asked for anything
