The rooms were well decorated and confortable, and the suite was so spacious. You feel at home as soon as you get in, and can just enjoy every moment.

In summary, all pretty to look at, but not to spend time in, especially in summer, and if you appreciate bathroom doors (see negatives). Very artistic room. Mostly very clean and as in photos. Scenic location. Attention to detail. The host was clear with pre-arrival instructions, and responsive with answers. Received a refund for the inconveniences.
If you have a moment, see for yourself how the host responds to lower reviews - this was an understatement for our stay. Unfortunately, this experience ruined our short holiday - we escaped from there wanting to return home, feeling like we've been falsely reprimanded, questioning why we were treated like we were demanding the impossible. For this reason, I'm sharing what we experienced, for future travellers to decide, whether this is the place for them.
The host allowed a late arrival (around 12/1am). When we arrived, we were faced with the following:
- No bathroom door. After long travels, it seemed logical my partner and I wanted to get comfy, so we decided to take turns waiting outside the room. In return, we got threatened to get kicked out (with the police) for being disrespectful of closed areas. Just for clarity, they were closed since there were people sleeping, but we got essentially shouted at for being outside the room.
- The room itself: it's obvious summer is hot, but the room was easily 35degC, with two very loud fans circulating hot air and that was in the night, making it another reason to want to get some air from the corridor after long travels.
- Had our luggage physically kicked by the host towards the door when leaving in the morning.
- Had two dogs released and locked in without prior warning, question, or introduction (I believe it doesn't matter if they're friendly or not - the situation certainly was not).
Essentially, we didn't sleep because of the noise, heat, stress, and lack of useable bathroom. This could be mentioned but ceiling heights were in places lower than 1.5m, so some hits were taken. Maybe if this information was publicly advertised, travellers that don't mind such conditions would leave happy, not unrightly embarrassed, accused of disrespect just by arriving late and being human.

Casa Caimari Guest House was really nice place where to stay for couple nights. Rosi was extremely helpful and was available whenever we needed.
The small garden was such a nice place to hang out. The location is very convenient for hikers and cyclists.
Maybe the air condition might be nice.

Clean and cozy. The host responds to the needs of the guests (intolerances/diets at breakfast) and the host is interested in good communication and gives good tips and recommendations for activities
The accommodation describes itself as ecological. At breakfast there was a relatively large amount of packaging waste. This is probably due to the fact that they also offer breakfast as take away. Nevertheless, straws and plastic packaging will no longer have to be in 2023

Cute guesthouse with a warm welcome from the host. Great location to explore the island's west. Breakfast is sweet and packed as a to go option.

Cute little Guest House close to the mountains. There is a free car park very close by. Check-in is digital and very easy. The owner lives just below the apartments. She is a kind, very talkative lady :) There is a very nice outdoor space with tables and chairs to enjoy the breakfast.
There is a lot of rules in the Guest House, and you have to respect them... If you come for work, the only space you're able to work in is your room, which does not have an appropriate desk and chair. In the share spaces there are no power sockets that they would let you use.

Rosi, the host, is amazing. No words for her.
Talking about the acommodations, if you need a room just to sleep, it’s a good choice.
Breakfast could be better, but it’s ok. If you have any intolerance or specific diet, the host will work it out.
Our room, room 4, was smaller than it seems it the fotos, and if you will spend some time in it, I do not recommend.
If you have a car, you will probably have to park 400-500m from the guest house. There is a car parking near (50m), but always full.

super mountainside village, fabulous decor, lovely outdoor space to ear breakfast, good value but still stylish
In a heatwave Air con would have been nice but the fan was indeed powerful. We had the small room which wasn’t too small but head height was a challenge one end - but added to the rustic charm of the room I guess!

Room was good looking and the location was nice for exploring near beaches.
We had a lot of ants in the room, they were everywhere, even in beds. Ants were already there, when we came in the room, other people before us also complained.
Room gets extremely hot even with floor-standing fans, so I don’t recommend this place in summer. Heat wave in the summer is like every year now (for the last couple of years), but the owner is still ignorant about that and don’t do anything about upgrading the rooms in any possible way.
There are no door for bathroom (only curtain) and also the room and bathroom are very small (not for tall people, you can hurt your head because of the low ceiling).

The apartment is simple, comfortable and super clean. Good decoration, always super clean.

It's a quite place, without outside noise.
The breakfast is super complete and different per day. Rosy prepares it in a takeaway bag which is perfect to bring it a long the way.
We definitely advise and recommend.

It is a lovely place among the mountains, and the host is super friendly!
We loved it, but I want to set the expectations right for those who will decide on staying there:
1. the check-in process is a bit complicated (had to install an app to go through online self-service check-in and when arrived we still needed to message the host to get the access code to the room itself - this was not clear, as I thought the whole process was automated)
2. there is a curtain (not a door) that separates the private bathroom from the room
3. it might be a bit challenging to find parking spot around, but we were lucky
None of the above caused problems to us

Casa Caimari was definitely the right choice! We are very happy that we spend 3 nights there and in the magically village!
The house is authentic and very nice renovated. Rosi takes care of every detail! Room and bathroom were extraordinary clean. The idea of having done breakfast and packed if you want to eat on the way is very practical.
Area it self is unbelievable! The smell of the trees, the air! We loved everything so much!
Definitely to recommend, you will not regret.

Well we loved the cozy atmosphere, the room itself was nice, comfy and clean, though it was a penthouse and you couldn't stand in some parts. The common areas looked lovely, but we couldn't enjoy them due to the hotel having closed them because of COVID. There was also some great digital new tools allowing us to enter the hotel at night using an app. The location is great to explore the eastern area of teh Serra de Tramunatana.
The hot water didn't work sometimes and when it did it took too long to get it... there were ants in the room and had to ask the host to remove. We asked for dry towels leaving a voice mail in the phone but didn't get them and finally... the breakfast was Ok but you just got a bag with stuff and you had to manage yourself. The excuse is COVID, of course, but in every other hotel we stayed during our holidays we were served standard, fresh hot breakfasts. It's challenging to find parking in the later hours of the day close by. Mosquitoes everywhere.

At first we need to mention that Rosi is such an attentive and lovely host. She definitely gives everything making sure that we have a nice stay. Throughout the accommodation, including the garden, you will find lovely details. We had a room with a great view of the garden and mountains. Check in and entrance was comfortable via App.
What we hadn't realised before was the lack of air conditioning. Due to the sultry heat and the many mosquitoes, this would have been much more comfortable for us.

Rosie and Andy have been such wonderful hosts. They were so committed to fulfill all the needs of their guests. I recommend the Hotel to everyone who is looking for an active holiday in the mountains in a warm and familiar atmosphere.

I really liked that they are environment friendly (recycle, organic shampoo/shower gel).
They have a nice garden where you can enjoy the breakfast.
Good accomodation if you want to hike.
There is no need to clean the room and change the hand soap every single day... but it would have been weird to ask them to stop.
