No vuelvo por los ruidos

La cama muy comoda, las fotos son iguales a la habitación.

La NO INSONORIZACIÓN DEL CUARTO. Tuve que pasar la 2nda noche en otro hotel...Estar a menos de 10 metros de la iglesia y que sonaran campanas hasta las 00h, el bar del pueblo hasta las mil y los camiones a las 5 de la mañana.

A great value for money and great location if you like it quiet and away from crowds.

A nice guesthouse on the central square of a small town. In the center of the island, so equally close (or equally far) from most places. The small parking in front of the house was usually full, but there was plenty of parking space on the road that bypasses the town just 3 min away. Large room, huge closet, clean, heating with radiator, new shower. Great value if you just need a place to overnight, as we did, leaving to explore in the morning and coming back in the evening. Would not be great if you need to work or if you want to eat your own breakfast.

There is no table or desk (even though there would be space for one) and only one, very uncomfortable chair. I had do to some work on the computer, which I had to do sitting on the bed. The tap on the bathroom sink needs proper fixing; someone tried to glue it with silicon, but it is loose. The outflow of the sink half-clogged with hair, in need of simple cleaning.

Very spacious rooms

Gets too hot in the rooms even we were provided 2 fans. One of the windows we weren't to close due to its awkward place, so had to leave it open most of our time there, which meant a lot of mosquitos got in. We also had someone come to make the bed they only came 2 times out of the 4 days we were there; which was a bit suspicious because we weren't aware of this.

It is not hot in the room, even though there is no air conditioner. It is also quiet. The room is big, there is a huge wardrobe and a bathroom with big shower. The room was cleaned every day.

Parking: it doesn’t belong to the hotel and it was busy every single day. So i never parked right to the hotel. You need to find a parking place in the town.

This unit is at Costitx which will think it is very centralised at Palma Island. Allow ease of travel to other areas within Palma Island. Costitx is a very nice quiet town. Love the quietness of it. Enjoyed my morning jog around the neighbourhood. The house is very beautiful. The room is very spacious, clean, tidy and exactly like the photos. Simple but well equipped room. Very comfortable place to stay.

It was good overall

The staff/owner was a great lady, went out of her way to get what we wanted

Can't complain of the facility at all, just because it's a little town, there is only one place to have breakfast or dinner.

The location is good for a no frills location.

It is important to know there are no locations to eat close outside of a bar.

Non touristic out of the way find

We liked old restored house in the middle of the village. The village it self vas very nice and non touristic with plenty of bars. The room was facing the plaza and was spacious and light and confortable.

We did not find the extra blanket in the closed so we did have some cold during the night. The blanket was there so its just a matter of putting it more accessible.

Nice stay in a cosy little town

It was very clean and cosy with an extra comfortable bed. The host was kind and helpful, she even helped us with a mix-up regarding our booking. It’s very good value and we loved it very much.
