The staff make you feel connected to the area and go all and beyond to help out and ensure comfy stay.
Location is great with nearby restaurant is also one of the best in town. The view from the window is epic and can not be matched with this price point
The soud proofing is weak I could hear every conversation from the next room so it can be ok and it can be troublesome depending on your luck.

The room was clean and quiet, which made it suitable for a short stay. It served well as a place to rest after a long day of travel.
The location was not as central as expected — it’s actually closer to Banavie than Fort William. Since I stayed on a Sunday when there were no buses running, I had to take a taxi from the train station. The next day, I walked about 52 minutes to reach the station. For guests planning to visit the town center frequently, this could be a disadvantage.
