What a time! My stay was an outlier compared to other's who booked here - I parked at the back, checked in, left for 5 minutes to look around the area, and when I came back, I found my car was on fire!! The staff were excellent in evacuating everyone in a fast manner, calling the fire brigade (who came in good time, thank god) and once the fire was put out, they did everything I could possibly ask for to make sure I was able to get back home!
They provided me with a towel while I was standing out in the rain watching it all unfold; provided me with pajamas and clothes to wear while washing and drying the clothes I had; allowed me to store all of the theatre set (that had miraculously survived!!) I had in the back of the car in a storeroom so it was out of the rain (despite the smokey scent that emitted from it all!); allowed me to stay during the day while I got my stuff together, and even attempted to see if there was any space available to stay another night should I need to.
It was a miracle that my car decided to spontaneously combust outside this hostel (as opposed to the middle of buttf*** nowhere), and I can only apologise for the mess I left in my wake! That said, the best hostel i've ever stayed in simply for its unmatched hospitality.

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful...a credit to the company. Rooms and bathrooms clean also bedding. Beds were comfy and overall a good price.
Perfect to go on Skyhook breaks and local exploration of Ben Nevis and the Lochs.
Would stay again.
The doors were noisy when closing (slam shut automatically) I realise they have to close tight due to fire regs...but they disturb anyone sleeping and also the hall light being so bright during the night.

The location was good it’s close to fort William, it isn’t in fort William centre though it was 15 minutes drive so we drove back into town for dinner. The team member on reception was friendly.
There weren’t curtains on the dorm beds and some people slept late which isn’t ideal if you plan to hike at 6am. The dorms were mixed and the beds were pretty close together. There was a sink in the room but if people are sleeping you don’t wanna use it. The shared bathrooms were very limited so there was a wait but also the sink was blocked in one. We thought the add on continental breakfast was a bit overpriced.
