Clean, comfortable and the gentleman was extremely helpful. Despite a few issues on our behalf (needing a later check in and confusion with check out time).
We had prompt communication, advice and a solution regarding arriving late.
We got our check out times mistaken (we believed we had to just be out the room for 10am) but we were allowed to stay longer and use the kitchen facilities despite the hostel closing for the day and the gentleman needing to go home.
He was very friendly, approachable and helpful.
Would highly recommend this accommodation.

The location was good it’s close to fort William, it isn’t in fort William centre though it was 15 minutes drive so we drove back into town for dinner. The team member on reception was friendly.
There weren’t curtains on the dorm beds and some people slept late which isn’t ideal if you plan to hike at 6am. The dorms were mixed and the beds were pretty close together. There was a sink in the room but if people are sleeping you don’t wanna use it. The shared bathrooms were very limited so there was a wait but also the sink was blocked in one. We thought the add on continental breakfast was a bit overpriced.
