The hotel is in a great location right next to the lake and just a 10 minute stroll from the beautiful town of Malcesine, which has an amazing castle plus a labyrinth of cobbled streets filled with shops, bars and good restaurants. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and trips out. The pool is lovely and looks out over the lake. The room was a reasonable size with a small balcony. Breakfasts were excellent, great choices and well stocked. Loved our trip and stay in the Prima Luna!
The restaurant and bar shuts every Tuesday, which is strange. You can use the honesty bar in the hotel though. The balcony was a bit small, not easy for 2 of us to eat on. Didn’t stop us enjoying the stay though

Incredible location, great facilities, abundant breakfast, easy parking, wonderful service and so incredibly helpful. Although we only spent one night, we loved our stay. 🫶☕️🌅 and P.S. we recommend you get a pizza and sit on a bench while watching the sunset.

The view is amazing and even if we didn’t stay to much in the room in order to can enjoy it more , it was extraordinary.
It’s a bit noise , you can hear the other guests , but it is not a big minus .

Location was good liked the fact you could use sunbeds on the beach. Car parking was good and like the idea that you need a key card to get to room.
Some of the building materials were poor and the fan coil units weren’t boxed in properly in the restaurant. I feel that there should be water and milk in the fridge on the room daily for tea and coffee. Pool area was a bit shabby and there was broken glass panel also needed more umbrellas or a system where people can’t steal three for two of them. Disappointed that the restaurant didn’t serve lunch on Tuesdays. Could only get drinks.
