Lovely view of the lake, very friendly staff, excellent food.
€10 parking a night seems unfair as the property is pretty unreachable without a car and the only thing up there is the hotel so to charge guests to park in the hotel car park is crazy. Pool was lovely but constantly had wasps and bugs floating in it which was a bit off putting. Needed netting more regularly . We had a booking for outdoor hot tub but it was so full of dirt and bugs we skipped it. Rooms dated and tired which need some maintenance

Beautiful surroundings and view over the lake. Facilities god in terms of pool and spa.
Staff on reception and mini bus driver were kind and helpful.
Our balcony looked onto a plastic grass wall and shared a window with the spa. We didn’t use it. Very disappointed.
Breakfast wasn’t replenished very quickly. And staff in restaurant weren’t overly friendly. Menu options for food for us was limited. But might be fine for others.
We found location too far out (which was our mistake) but a taxi was 30 euros one way. Made use of the 3 times a day complementary minibus which really helped though.
