Exceptional location right on the promenade and close to Playa Den Bossa (you can even walk to the clubs). The staff was very friendly and always eager to help. The post-check-out service is something you don't find easily - they offer all guests safe storage of their bags and even shower/changing facilities and WC if you still have time to spend in Ibiza after check-out. We had our room tidied up daily and they also offered us two complimentary glasses of champagne and ice cream/soda for the kids at the hotel's restaurant - the food there was also excellent.
The only thing that we didn't like was that there were two single beds butted up on the main bedroom, we would've preferred a double bed.

Great location, right on the beach with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. There is also a bus stop right outside which takes you straight to the airport. Walking distance to Ibiza old town. The on site restaurant was a reasonable price and you could take food and drink out and into the pool area which was cheaper than the bar which serves the pool area. Really friendly staff and the apartment was a great size with a view of the sea.
