The staff was amazing!!! Especially Miquel and Ana, it’s our 2nd time in this hotel and couldn’t recommend it enough.

You’d stay here for the theme of it all, it was definitely clean, had decent bench space, the shower was spacious, the view from our room, the pool area looks so cool and such a vibe.
Lacked in bins in the room, light switches were hard to navigate what works for what, the storage room that you had to store our suitcases didn’t necessarily feel safe to leave in there (someone stealing your stuff definitely crosses your mind)

The theme and vibe are cool, the location is useful, it was a little bit loud occasionally, but not horrendous. Pool area was great, chilled and not too busy. Bed was big. Staff were fantastic though! Top notch service 👏
No full length mirror in the room. LED light fixed poorly right above our head whilst in bed, made for a worrying first nights sleep. Bedside tables were terrible, couldn’t put anything on without it sliding off. Pillows a very strange shape, kinda lumpy, and no extra bedding/sheets provided.
No vegan food, and kept running out of oat milk.
