We did run into a few issues during our stay — nothing I want to dwell on, because of how they were handled. Yaiza from the Guest Experience team was genuinely understanding, took our concerns seriously, and made things right without us having to push. That kind of response is rare and it’s what separates a good hotel from a great one. Cyril was also attentive and easy to deal with throughout.
Any hotel can have a smooth stay when nothing goes wrong. What matters is what happens when something does — and Aguas de Ibiza got that part right. We’d absolutely come back.
