A beautiful spot and friendly staff.
Lovely room - no A/C though.
Loved the pool and sauna.
The only thing that was surprising is that the food - evening meal - was average.

Repeat stay for us / love the flexibility of the courtyard studio rooms. Always well equipped and comfortable and spa is very welcome.

Great setting grounds are lovely and the spa was really nice
We stayed in studio 230 which was great with a kitchen which was really great but we were disappointed with the lounge and bedroom area as whilst it was a pet room there was a strong smell on the carpets possible a pet accident which didn’t make it enjoyable to sit in. We pay extra to bring a dog but don’t really expect the room to smell and be clean. The staff were lovely but made no attempt to offer any compensation when advised.
We also had no heating so had wet towels for 3 days . The kitchen windowsill also flooded due to the rain and our belongings got wet. It would have been nice to have been offered a gesture of goodwill. The carpets do need cleaning and the window fixing as it is a great space but could do with an upgrade to meet the nice standard of the kitchen. It was also a shame that hotel offers EV charging which is great but unhelpful when they have a coach blocking both parking spaces.
