We have used this facility for years and the staff always treats us like family.
The bathroom in my room wasn’t properly cleaned as the floor was sticky and I could tell they didn’t properly wipe down the toilet or mop around it. Which is disgusting

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Loves the mini fridge and breakfast offered loads of choices

Easy parking, super friendly staff. The rooms were super comfortable, clean and with enough space for three people. I've asked for an extra bed in advance and my request was promptly answered. The location is convenient and with many cafes, markets and restaurants nearby.

Easy check in and parking.
Bed was very uncomfortable, super hard.
Heating could not be adjusted and room was cold as a result with the -8 outside.
Staff lacked training and answers between staff were inconsistent (such as kids breakfast pricing).
Shower is in bath which is very high off ground so dangerous/requires high level of mobility to get in/out of.
My parents room had insects in it.
Hotel is considerable drive from amenities.
Hotel restaurant/Bar has minimal opening hours
