Very hospitable staff, great location and stunning view from the room of Heppenheim’s Market Square. Breakfast was also freshly cooked with a pot of fresh coffee!

The hotel is very well located in the center of the town. The building itself has a charming, authentic feel, which adds character to the stay. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the restaurant and bar offered good food and a pleasant atmosphere.
While the overall experience was pleasant, the room itself left something to be desired. For a "Superior Double Room," the space felt quite limited, which raises questions about the size of the standard rooms. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was adequate for basic browsing and checking emails, but it struggled with streaming services.
