The staff at this hotel go way above and beyond to make sure every need is addressed. From helping to research how to get somewhere or what to do and even going so far as to drive us with our bags to the bus stop so we didn’t have to lug them up the incline. The breakfast was a 10 out of 10 and the view and peaceful location are a 100 out of 10.
The entire hotel was clean and well maintained and such a retreat. Would go out of our way to stay here again.
Everything was awesome. The mattresses could have been a little softer.

Very nice and quiet hotel located on Brienz Lake. The staff was very welcoming since we arrived until we left. We get the schedule for the ferry boats, a map for attractions, and the guest card for discounts upon our arrival.
It is a quiet village. It takes 5-10 minutes to Interlaken by car and around 25 minutes to Brienz.
The room was very big and comfortable, our room was with balcony with lake view.
There is a beautiful outdoor seating area just on the lake.
The ferry boat reach to the hotel and you can use it to visit all the villages on Brienz lake (the ferry times change base on the season)

Fantastic location, amazing view on the Brienz See. The facility offers parking with electric recharges. The breakfast is also very good. Overall not one of the best experience in the region
I booked the room a bit late, so not necessarily the cheapest (I paid chf 420), but at or about chf 300-350, it is good value for money. Otherwise, nothing really negative
