Beautiful hotel with lovely common spaces and excellent staff and location.
No complaints, except that our towel warming bar was out of order.

We stayed in the new building, this had great ground level parking underneath the buildings infrastructure allowing easy access to lifts etc.
The room was clean and comfortable
No evening meals available during our stay, this would be the case for circa a month as informed by the front desk staff,
Restaurant was open for breakfast, not air conditioned and although clean and great service, my experience was frustrated by a number of aggressive flies interested in me and my food.

Big and modern room, with all the facilities needed. Minibar included in the price. Toiletries and spa towels included. Sound proof, we could rest very well. Helpful staff and useful city guest card included. The hotel is right next to the public beach. Parking included.
We couldn’t control the temperature in the room, it was a little bit too hot since we visited during the heatwave (28 degrees in the room and it didn’t cool down).

We stopped in 2019 and enjoyed our stay and it’s very close to the Lido. We had a Small double room that was More than adequate
The breakfast staff. We paid for 4 breakfasts, but did not go on the last day due to being ignored, taking everyone’s order except ours 😢 on the 1st 3 days, ordered ham and cheese, but had to go and find where it was after 10 mins. Bad experience- complained to reception, but couldn’t get a refund as booked through booking.com
