First of all it is just across from the train station, which is great, the staff were truly professional, and also very friendly and nice. The breakfast was awesome inspiring. It was also right off the boardwalk along the water but just far enough from the bustle to be quiet. It was also beside the bus terminal which was very useful. There was also a small balcony which was a great place to watch the day start

Excellent location with secure underground parking. The room was comfortable with lovely views of the lake. Bar was small but welcoming. Breakfast was rushed and very busy but staff coped well.
The rooms had a fridge but no tea or coffee making facilities. The main areas of the hotel were very hot. Air conditioning was only in the hotel rooms.

Central, clean and large rooms (I had a comfort room) and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast.
Rooms are now only cleaned and restocked every second day, unless you request more and I don’t know if that comes at a cost. As a single traveller it wasn’t the end of the world but would be tricky for a couple.

great room design and in-room facilities
Having to pay for parking.
Real long delay to exit parking as reception isn't who is buzzed to exit and the department in morning didn't answer buzzer to exit, wasted 15 mins, had to go in 2 times to ask to be let out, so paying and having this delay wasn't acceptable.
Thought generally staff on reception were poor and not very service orientated
