The brandnew Sevina apartments are really fabulous, very spacious, comfortable and clean. We were 4 adults and two children and had plenty of space. The partially covered terrace is huge and we could even sit outside during a rain shower. It was great to be able to use the indoor pool on the hotel premises. The location is only a short walk to the lakefront and the modern public swimming bath. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to Fischbach and the Traube at any time.
A big minus during our stay was the very unreliable WiFi and Internet connection. Also, despite everything else being topnotch and modern there was neither a smart TV nor a microwave oven. We also noticed the lack of an iron/ironing board, no table mats or glass coasters to protect the beautiful dining table. A set of tall glasses and more serving bowls would have been nice.
It didn't take away from a great vacation but maybe a suggestion to improve even more.

Ne pas avoir ete prévenu que le spa c etais sans maillot de bain.la piscine extérieur pas terminé,pas de kit de toilette en produits ??

La résidence fait partie d'un complexe Hotelier disposant d'un restaurant de qualité , bar , et espace Wellness ( hammam , deux spas , piscine intérieure .... ) Cet espace est accessible à pied , moins de 100 mètres par la route . Nous avons pris les PDJ à l'hotel ; excellent , 25€ par personne .
L'appartement est très confortable . Le parking dans la cour est facilement accessible même pour les grandes voitures.
Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement . Le lac est à 5 minutes à pied , Friedrichshafen à 5 KM. Bus a proximité mais fréquence limitée surtout le week end.
Manque d'informations à la réception : WIFI et Bodensee Card ( cette carte offerte en contrepartie du paiement de la taxe de séjour donne droit à la gratuité des bus et des trains ... ) L'activation du pass doit se faire via un lien reçu par mail, mail dont j'ai pris connaissance à mon retour de séjour .
Le bruit de la climatisation de l'hotel, face aux chambres à coucher, empêche l'ouverture des fenêtres la nuit; boules Quies indispensables ..
Pas de kit gel douche et shampoing à disposition .

Schöne neue und moderne Wohnung. Sauber.
Nutzung des Wellnessbereiches des Hotels ist wunderbar. Wenige Schritte zum See und Biergarten. Öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln um die Ecke. Nettes Personal.
Unangenehm ist die Lage des Balkons und der Fenster in den "Betriebshof" des Hotels. Aufwachen durch die Altglasentsorgung des Personals. Die Kühlaggregate sind sehr störend und laut. Das Lüften nachts kaum möglich, trotz der Hitze in der Wohnung. Das haben wir als sehr einschränkend empfunden. Der Ausblick auf den Hinterhof lässt nicht wirklich Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen.
