Exceptional food and drink for buffet breakfast. Really friendly staff who always had a smile. Kept all areas to a very high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The bike room was perfect for us and we loved the water cooler in there. We will be back!
Our room smelt slightly of drain, but only noticed it when you walked in and it wasn’t really bad or anything. Have to accept that in hot places this can happen.

Breakfast was good, the pool was good as was the gym and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The outside beach bit was lovely.
the room was a little smaller than we'd have like given how much we paid and it is impossible to get a taxi in pollensa - that's not the hotel's fault, but just be aware

The hotel is beautiful maintained. It is cleaned thoroughly every day. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was fantastic. The lunch menu is served until 6pm which was good. The dinners served on the Terrace were of a high standard. Our apartment was well equipped and spacious. The drinks service around the pool was excellent and efficient.
Service on the terrace in the evening could be a little slow but staff were amazing.
