This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again I had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean with a beautiful view. Although the furniture was a bit older, it didn't bother us because everything was spotless. The location was perfect, close to both the beach and the reception.
Even though the resort is large, the golf cart service means you hardly have to walk. Omar Albashir and Mazen were especially helpful with our luggage and always provided excellent service.
The beach is beautiful, clean, and full of colourful fish. The floating platform is a great addition, and the lifeguards, Mahmoud Morad and Mostafa Saleh, always kept a close eye on everyone while creating a fun atmosphere. We also enjoyed the beach restaurant, where Carlos Malak was always friendly and helpful. The towel card system was very convenient, and Ahmad A. Elsatter always made us laugh when we collected our towels.
We also loved spending our evenings at the shisha lounge. The view was amazing, the shisha and drinks were great, and Shawky Shehab always took great care of us.
The reception staff were always quick and helpful, and we loved that the resort has everything you need, even an ATM, while still being close to both the airport and the city.
The hotel itself is fantastic, but what really made this trip so special was the staff. They were all incredibly friendly and genuinely made our holiday even better, which is why I wanted to mention those who stood out. We will definitely be back!
The only thing I didn’t like was the music with breakfast, maybe play something more relaxing.
