Restaurant good, staff very nice.
Hotel facility beautiful
Staff,understaffed. You g lady Diane could be a little more courteous. We had to wait 4 hours until rm. ready. Ok we were very early. Roomie went to check, staff stated she gave me key when I signed in, yes I signed in and was supposed to get a call. Some other thing, I know she’s over worked but watch tone.

The location was quiet yet close enough to Marigot. The hotel quaint, clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was sufficient. The true star was Ofilie, the young lady at the front desk. Such efficiency, warmth and friendliness. Exactly how you would want to be welcomed and checked in.
The breakfast offering could be more ample. Please fix the toaster as the one currently in use only toasts on one side of the bread.

The rooms are spacious and clean, which was definitely a plus.
The hotel is not actually on the ocean but on a lagoon where you can’t swim, which was misleading. There is also very little sound isolation : you can hear absolutely everything from neighboring rooms. The staff felt quite indifferent and not particularly helpful, which affected the overall experience. Considering all of this, it did not feel like good value for money.
