There’s really no elevator for the rooms we stay in. fire alarm ringed twice one in mid night and one in early morning. turns out to be alarm system dysfunction. rooms are really really small, bathrooms are very small. just beware we are complaining this compared to other 5 star hotel.

This is very beautiful hotel - makes you feel like you stepped into the old world splendor. Located very closely to all the fashion boutiques, if that is your interest. I loved that there was a separate dressing room. The ceilings are very high.

It's an old hotel, and certain corners tend to be dusty. The shower was difficult to manage as well. And there are lots of stairs going in and out of the hotel, not very wheelchair / stroller friendly. This is a hotel you come to feel glamourous, not necesarrily to bask in its comfort. The breakfast room is beautiful and the options are plenty but tastewise it could have been an American hotel...

Stellar staff starting with Front desk and concierge exceptional welcome, just a exquisite boutique hotel close to everything you would want to see including the Eiffel Tower. Beautifully decorated in classic rich decor all thru as well as spiral staircase as a option to your room. There is also elevator as well for convenience.

Everything during our trip of 10 days was excellent no complaints.

this lovely hotel was luxurious but discreet and welcoming. Our room was large and extremely comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful and provided a very personal service. Our stay was perfect.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We loved absolutely everything and are so happy we chose to stay here. This hotel is so special and the location is incredible. There are too many great things to say about this place! It’s charming with amazing staff.

Cleaning staff was a little pushy/language barrier was difficult. They were very kind but came at inconvenient times and were reluctant to come at a different time. But still very nice and the room was very clean!

They made my sister birthday special. They exceeded expectations. We’re super helpful with getting restaurants reservations. Staff were sweet and lovely.
