Great location, friendly/welcoming staff, clean and comfortable.
Extremely minor thing but i would have loved coffee making facilities in the room. That said, there are more than enough places within the immediate area.

Comfortable room, well equipped with everything I needed and good location for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly, let me know when my room was ready and gave me recommendations of places to visit. The hotel is in a quiet, accessible location with clear checkin instructions and directions, and felt very safe. The communal fridge and kitchen area is a nice touch too!
My bathroom was a bit dirty in places as I think some things may have been missed in cleaning. But otherwise a lovely place and I enjoyed my stay!

I would kindly prefer a room with an exterior window that can provide fresh air, as I had expected and as it was presented in the booking.
I did not like that the room had no window looking outside. I was expecting an exterior window with fresh air, as presented in the booking.
