Friendly and well-prepared staff, very easy check-in and check-out, great location for events in Bloomsbury / at UCL and a really excellent, varied breakfast. Cleanliness of the bedroom also very good. It's student accommodation, so it is not a luxury experience, but it's solid value for money.
Shower facilities are very basic and could be significantly improved - they need pegs, shelves, non-slip mats etc. Wish I'd known to bring some flip-flops/ shower shoes.

Great location. Room was basic but comfortable. Nice courtyard area with outdoor seating.
Cold showers. Neither shower in the bathrooms near my room had any hot water.

Close to train and underground station and close to many restaurants and cafe'.
Mould in the bathroom under the sink and in the shower.
