Beds short- too many pillows and cushions. Now here to put them. Unable to open suitcase unless on bed

It was a short but pleasant, confortable, clean and effective stay. The hotel is well-located. The room reminded us a ship's cabin; staying more than three nights would have felt claustrophobic.

It was a small single room but had all the facilities you would need to make it a comfortable stay. It is very close to Euston Station which was why I chose it. Convenient locaton all round.
I checked in late at night and there was nobody on reception. They need a bell/buzzer on the desk. I waited about 10 minutes and then had to call the hotel phone number to get someone to come out to reception. I was on 4th floor and the lift was out of order so had I not been a fit senior with no disability who could cope with those stairs that would have been quite a problem. It could be the lift had only been out of order that day.
