Staff was super helpful and friendly! The room was a bit small but since I was traveling solo it worked for me. The only thing I would have to say was the WiFi was a little slow and spotty at times but otherwise a great experience!

We enjoyed our one night stay here for a number of different reasons. It was close to St Pancras, the gentleman on the front desk when we arrived very kindly carried my suitcase up to the top floor (the stairs were very steep) which would have been difficult for myself. The room was small but we knew this when we booked it and the hot water in the shower wasn’t working in the morning and someone came straight away to fix it.
All in all a nice experience.

Clean, comfortable, stylish. My room was small, but expertly designed and professionally decorated. I had everything I needed for my short stay. My room offered lovely views of treetops over the park opposite. Staff at the check-in desk were cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding, offering delicious GF and dairy-free options. Breakfast staff are very attentive. I also really like the neighbourhood, which offers shopping, restaurants, and convenient public transit within walking distance. This was my second stay at The Mentone, and I am looking forto a return visit.
