Very well situated, just on the edge of the town. Spotlessly clean clean. Food in restaurant was excellent.
Renovations are not completed, but although my room was quite adequate I was surprised there was no fire door & the gaps around it meant you could hear noise from anyone in the corridor.

We enjoyed the day. The room was good. The breakfast was good. The location was great. The lighting was not good. There was a lot of noise at night and we did not meet matches at festival.

Nice and cost effective location for a one night stop over on the west coast, with short drive to the cliffs. Room was simple but functional and clean. Decent breakfast and free parking.
Nothing to mention really, you get what you pay for. Small room and a bit outdated, but nothing to complain about.
