La piscine était incroyable: très calme, grande et chauffée parfaitement. L'environnement de celle-ci était également très bien.

L'emplacement de l'hotel est parfait
Le rapport qualité-prix de la restauration est à revoir, surtout que le choix de la restauration est limité dans l'hôtel. De plus, il manque certains éléments que nous avons pu retrouver d'autres hotels de même standing, comme par exemple qu'il n'y ai pas d'eau gratuite à disposition dans les chambres alors qu'il fait 35°C dehors...
De même, il manque de conseils spontanés sur les choses possibles à faire sur l'île.

There is a particular kind of perfection that announces itself without effort. No grand lobby, no theatrical lighting, no concierge performing hospitality at you. Just whitewashed stone, ancient vineyards, flowers climbing walls that have been standing longer than anyone can remember, and a hill that looks out over the Mediterranean in both directions — sunrise from one side, sunset from the other, the sea always present, always patient. Torralbenc is that kind of perfection. The kind you stop trying to describe and simply absorb.
The restoration is irreproachable. This is what a Balearic finca looks like when it has been returned to itself by people who understood what it was before they touched it — not converted into a hotel, but revealed as one. Every space inside is considered, beautiful, unhurried. The flowers alone would be worth the visit. The vineyards, producing wine we tasted at golden hour with someone who clearly loved what grew here, felt like a genuine secret rather than a curated experience. The whitewashed buildings catching the morning light. The wheels of a luggage trolley on old stone. These are the details that collect in memory long after the grand moments have blurred.
We ate dinner in a cave by candlelight — a private cave beneath the property, a tasting menu designed for the silence and the limestone and the very particular intimacy of eating underground with someone you love. It was one of the finest evenings of our lives. We spent a day at sea on Talatí, Torralbenc's classic Minorcan llaüt, organized by the hotel with the quiet efficiency that characterized every interaction here. We tasted wine from the estate's own vineyards as the light turned golden over the hill. All of it felt curated in the truest sense — chosen, considered, arranged for the pleasure of the guest rather than the convenience of the house.
The clientele, like the hotel itself, had the quality of people who have stopped needing to announce themselves.

The acro tourism and the excursions they offered were great. The grounds were exceptional, and we loved the landscaping and the aromatic flowers.
The main road into and out of the hotel wraps around the pool. I made it difficult to maintain the serene environment and relaxing when you’re constantly hearing road noise.
