The staff were friendly, relaxed and approachable, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, with plenty of variety and good quality.
For a 5-star hotel, we expected a more attentive and polished level of service, particularly in terms of attention to detail and anticipating guests’ needs. The team was friendly, but the service sometimes felt more relaxed and informal than we would expect from a 5-star property.

Great location, lovely pools, very warm & helpful staff. Good spa and plenty of space to relax in a calming ambience.
The terrace bar was a bit boring, it's such a goldmine of a location to do more with! The food on site is ok, not the best you'll have in Menorca - nothing to complain about but not special either.
