Staff were really helpful at all times. The hotel was very well maintained and kept to that standard. Pool area was kept spotless and plenty of sunbeds for the guests, the heated pool was a bonus even though the island was in a heatwave. Location near the promenade couldn't be better with the lift down to the promenade nearby.

Rooms & Space: The room and bed were huge, exceptionally spacious, and came with a very large terrace. Everything inside the room worked perfectly.
Resort & Amenities: The Prestige area itself is quiet, serene, and relaxing, but you still get full access to the broader resort facilities.
Family Friendly: Traveling with our 1.5-year-old daughter, we made great use of the kids' splash pool. The resort is incredibly well-suited for toddlers.
Dining: Incredible food quality. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, and the dinner buffets offered a huge, delicious selection.
Staff & Service: Every single staff member was efficient, warm, and friendly. They seamless coordinated our late check-in, were super helpful in the restaurants, and were consistently lovely with our baby.
Late Check-Out: Because our flight was late in the day and our daughter was feeling a bit under the weather, being able to arrange a late check-out was an absolute lifesaver. Even with the additional cost, having a comfortable room until departure made a world of difference.

The hotel is excellent and the rooms are lovely. The staff were wonderful and we would definitely come back !
The prices of the food and drink around the pool were VERY expensive.
