The hotel was exceptionally clean, particularly the pool area and our rooms. We had a Premium Suite and it was a great space, ideal for having two rooms and a separate living space. The food was always hot and plentiful, with just enough variety to keep interesting over the week. The bar and restaurant staff were always friendly and helpful. Our child loved the animation team who were absolutely wonderful with her and made her feel special.
The hotel is very loud until the end of the evening shows, even with our suite being away from the main complex

Room was small but adequate - paid extra for sea view
Most sea view rooms are directly above the restaurant and entertainment zone so it is loud until midnight, which is difficult for a family vacation with young kids. The hallways and rooms have terrible insulation so you hear every step and sound outside of your room.

Nice clean family hotel, amenities and activities were all good
Although the hotel is pretty isolated they provide a beach shuttle services which is on time and with plenty of spaces every hour. There is a regular bus into Mahon

The water park was good for the kids.
The staff were rude, miserable and I’d say we didn’t see a
smile from anyone other than the cleaners for a week.
Esteban on the bar is one the rudest most arrogant people
I’ve ever met whilst on holiday and he mocks the English
under his breath. What he forgets is that some of us can
speak some Spanish. Nobody looks happy to work there
and the kitchen staff along with the bar staff all need some
training. Or sacking! The location is too quiet and the beach
in Punta Prima isn’t great compared to Cala Galdana or
some of the others. The room is boiling hot as the air is like
a hairdryer and the beds are like as comfortable as a park
bench. The worst part for me though was the staff.
