I loved everything about the actual property. It was very clean and welcoming. It smelled great upon entering. There were even small subtleties that made it even more satisfying for me. I loved that there were paper towels in the kitchen for easy clean-up of things. I loved that the bathroom had dental kits and small individual soaps. The shower was very clean and working properly (something I had issues with in other Apts/BnB stays). Everything was updated and fairly new. It made for a very comfortable stay!
I didn’t like that breakfast is advertised as included but all that is offered is pre-packaged food such as wrapped croissants and snacks and dried corn flakes in a dispensable jar. This to me is not the definition of a true breakfast. It should state in the description that there are breakfast snacks available not actual “breakfast” as included. Also, the Host only took cash for the city tax. After staying in several Apts and BnB’s while traveling in Italy, many other Hosts offered options such as links for payment as well as cash. I did not have cash and it was not listed in her description that this was the only payment taken. She stated that she did take bank transfers however this does not work for a US bank to a European bank. If you are going to stay at this apt, please be prepared to only have cash for the city tax. This should also be listed in the description so people are aware. Lastly, the closet in the bedroom was not accessible for an additional blanket even though it was listed as 2 beds for sleeping. If you advertise 2 beds, additional blankets etc. should be made available for this use. My friend and I however made it work.

Grâce à l’excellente situation de l’appartement nous avons pu visiter une bonne partie de Naples à pied.
Les explications fournies par vidéo pour ouvrir la porte de l’immeuble ne suffisent pas. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir à chaque reprise une personne sortant ou entrant dans l’immeuble pour ouvrir la porte palière. Il serait bien de prévoir plus de thé noir et de café pour le petit déjeuner. 2 et 4 sachets pour 3 jours ce n’est pas assez pour 2 personnes.

The owner kindly let us check in a bit early. The apartment was located near the port.
The apartment was not that clean. I had to spend a bit of time cleaning the coffee maker. We were there for almost two weeks and after I found an open cabinet with sheets I was admonished for using them and told I should pay extra. Never had that happen before at a place I rented for 2 weeks. Extra sheets and towels had always been left at other rentals. Isn’t a longer stay actually a benefit to an owner? The apartment was listed as including breakfast which was just small packaged cakes and cookies but most of the packaged items were expired-some as long as a year. We were admonished for eating too many of the non-expired snacks. No credit for not drinking the juice or not eating the expired snacks. The hand shower hose broke and the owner’s father just handed us a replacement and did not even come into the apartment much less offer to fix it. We found tools in the apartment and replaced it ourselves. No thanks or sorry for the inconvenience.
