The hotel is very central and conveniently located close to the underground parking. The room had a beautiful lake view, the hotel staff was nice and helpful and the overall atmosphere in the hotel was just perfect. The hotel has a lounge, a spa and a very good restaurant. In Tigne you can either simply relax or it is plenty of outdoor activities you can enjoy even in summer, the perfect stay.

The young gals on reception and waitressing were just great. I had had a fall and they were very solicitous of me. They also were wonderfully bi-lingual!

Location great easy to get to everything. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms are small but when skiing you do not spend that much time in them. We got a great price to stay.
Would like the hotel to be available independently throughout season not just through Crystal Ski. Breakfast was good but I feel a proper coffee/hot water machine would be safe and more efficient than a kettle for hot water and having to ask and pay for a cappuccino.

Look location right by main ski area with friendly staff, good facilities and wide range of breakfast choices.
When checking in there was a strong shell in the room, I wasn't sure if this was because the room was above the spa. I just opened the balcony and it aired, but then we got very sick. So seems the original smell was connected and I was not able to ski 2 days out of my 4 day visit. On checkout talked to the staff about my concerns and the promised manager to phone but still charged full ski rental price and never phoned.
