L'emplacement, juste en face du commerce et de la boulangerie, en face également d'un restaurant gastronomique qui vaut le détour.
La piscine est parfaite, avec son spa, hammam et sauna en accès inclus.
La salle de sport est très complète à mon niveau, bien qu'il manque un rameur.
Les horaires d'ouverture de la salle de sport sont très justes : 10h-20h, ce qui ne permet pas de faire un échauffement avant le ski. À la décharge de l'établissement, la salle de sport fait partie du bloc spa-piscine, donc c'est compréhensible.
L'équipement de l'appartement, la literie, le ménage et le confort/rangements (surtout pour la cuisine) sont un peu justes à ce niveau de prestation.
Enfin, et c'est sûrement le plus décevant, n'oubliez surtout rien dans votre chambre, même des choses à la fois lourdes, encombrantes et qui plus est d'une valeur insignifiante !
Ayant oublié dans le réfrigérateur 3 packs de 6 canettes de soda au moment de rendre les clés, et ayant prévenu une heure après que je reviendrais les chercher, il n'a pas été possible de les récupérer. Je n'ose même pas imaginer avoir oublié des écouteur, une bague ou un chargeur de téléphone. C'est quand même embêtant pour un 5*.

The location was excellent and after a days skiing we really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities.
We would have liked an extra seat in the lounge as we struggled for all 6 people to sit comfortably of an evening.

The location
Rooms could have been more comfortable and cleaner, we expected there to be more of a hub in the reception area where we could play pool and have a drink with the kids at night, more helpful accommodating staff with a willingness to help organise activities and give us information about things to do locally, having to do an inventory on arrival and told to clean thoroughly and stop beds etc or pay a large amount of money was not what I would expect from a 4 star residence
