We really enjoyed staying here. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice, and the facilities (spa and ski storage) and location are perfect for a ski trip.

The view was great. Breakfast was a little mediocre, but the waiter was very nice. The curtains were super effective, sleeping in total darkness was nice. The location was fantastic.
There was nobody there when we came to check in. After 5-10 minutes of waiting, we called them and asked if they speak English, whereafter the woman said she doesn't speak English and hung up immediately. Didn't even want to attempt to communicate, very rude. Quite annoying when you are in a foreign land and already a little confused, especially when the site says that the hotel is English speaking.
2/3 nights there was loud music, making it hard to sleep. Also, the door to the balcony was broken and couldn't close completely, meaning we woke up with bad throat pain every day from the dry, cold air.
I don't know why they list "parking" under the hotel. The itself has no parking, and the only ones nearby require you to walk about 5 minutes with all your baggage to get to your room, and it's really expensive. Basically anything in europe is within 5 minutes of parking, so if you don't actually have parking by the hotel, it's a little meaningless to advertise it.
