We have absolutely nothing but praise for Hotel Village Montana. The facilities; location; staff; meals, etc was beyond what we expected. We loved our stay and will certainlybe back.

Great location, ski in, ski out with good facilities. Reception staff were excellent, everything easy. Room was good and quiet. Restaurant La Chaumiere was available one night with the half board package and was excellent.
Main restaurant was disappointing, half board food was so, so, both dinner and breakfast. Some staff were good, others didn't want to be there. Biggest issue was wifi. Okay if you were in the hotel before guests were back from skiing, very poor once they were. Compounding this, there was no mobile data at the hotel and little to none around Tignes. No problem around most of Val-d'isere.

La Chaumiere resturant has great food and friendly staff
food was a little cold if later than 730 am
made a mistake with the invoice but this was quickly rectified - but should not have happened
tips are divided up between the whole hotel staff rather than just the restuarant - not very individual
water in the jacuzzi could be a bit warmer !

Location and food was very good
The staff seem less helpful. Specifically, they were almost rude when it came to check in and very inflexible in regards to rooms being ready. Ie, everyone around us had their room early and staff seem not bothered to even try to help. Cleaning was also inconsistent as in sometimes they did not come. Also multiple times on booking messages that were not clear and missed. I had to confirm dinner reservations 3 times and staff were not clear on the restaurant names
